Stem Cells derived from a patient's own fat are referred to as adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs), which have the abiility to differentiate into a variety of different types of tissues, included, but not limited to, bone, cartilage, muscle, ligament, tendon and fat. ADSCs express a variety of different growth factors which recruit other stem cells to facilitate repair and healing of the affected tissues.
Procedure P750,000
Treatment Takes 5 to 6 Hours
Treatment is completed in a single day, is performed on an outpatient basis, and typically lasts from 5-6 hours.
1. A mini liposuction procedure to extract fat for stem cell harvesting about 2 hours.
2. A relaxing recovery period while your stem cells are activated and prepared for treatment about 1 hour.
3. Your stem cells are returned via intravenous drip. About 1-2 hours.
Benefits of Stem Cell Therapy can vary with each patient:
Stem cells will home in on areas where there is inflammation (signaling pain or injury) -and they will repair/regenerate:
Skin
Hair
Lung
Sexual Performance / Function
Blood Pressure
Liver
Bladder Function
Increased General Energy
Kidney Function
Advantages of Fat Stem Cells Over Bone Marrow Stem Cells
1. Abundance in numbers (millions to billions of cells) of stem cells from fat compared to bone marrow.
2. Ease of harvest (through MINI LIPOSUCTION of 200cc of fats): less painful than the harvest of bone marrow.
3. No need to be cultured in the laboratory over days to get the desired number of cells for therapeutic benefit.
4. Can be harvested and returned to the same patient by IV drip on the same day.
5. COSMETIC: Lose some fats on unwanted areas.
Adipose stem cells can be obtained from the patient easily, abundantly and with minimal patient discomfort. The potential applications are virtually limitless. Clinical applications for patients can be performed in an office setting, safely, legally and ethically using autologous adipose-derived stem cells.
